Adam has extremely high integrity and knows what works with which school. He took a bet on me when most consultants had written me off as I had a 2.5-year gap in my formal work experience. He supported my ambition to dream big and did not try to limit me by asking me to apply to a larger set of schools for the sake of improving his own success rate. He is very direct with his feedback and will always provide a very justified reason as to why something won’t work. He does not believe in boiling the ocean and will help you iterate your story quickly. You need to be a self-starter to work well with Adam and he will keep you true to your story whilst adding a fresh perspective. I am glad that I worked with him, and I cannot recommend it enough.
