I have worked on my business school applications for two years with many unsuccessful attempts somewhat because I come from a very competitive pool. Some of the earlier consultants I worked with mentioned everything I was doing was great and never provided the critical the feedbacks I needed. While others were just critical with no tangible solutions or ideas where I could improve. Adam not only were critical to the places I could improve but also provided solutions. Just to provide one of many examples, one of my weakness is to be able to articulate things concisely. I end up babbling a lot without a proper structure. During my interview prep with Adam, it immensely helped me articulating my story, behavioral questions, and other interview questions, etc. I really saw the difference after my interview prep with Adam.
I would like to say one last thing. Over the past two years working with over five admissions consultants, I have seen some really crappy work and edits to my essays.
