Adam is a terrific coach. I use the term coach because a coach isn’t about teaching you new skills but about ensuring you use what you already have for maximum impact, which in the world of MBA admissions is about getting into the school of your choice.

I thought his ideas on matching stories/themes across the various essay questions were really useful in helping me present myself as a well-rounded candidate (Case in point – the HBS essay, MIT essay 2). Now, essays are only part of a solid business school app. I greatly benefited from his tactical advice on the choice of my recommenders as well as on the content they might consider using while discussing my candidacy. I thought I really enjoyed his candid, direct style which is what you want from a coach. Adam will not budge until he feels you have an essay that has a cogent and coherent story. I remember him mercilessly hacking my Stanford essay 3B to bits, which was also my first essay as I began my B-school app journey.

December brought good news from both HBS and MIT. Really thrilled about how it all worked out.

I am a graduate admissions consultant who works with clients worldwide. If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please complete my intake form. Please don't email me any essays, other admissions consultant's intake forms, your life story, or any long email asking for a written profile assessment. The only profiles I assess are those with people who I offer initial consultations to. Please note that initial consultations are not offered when I have reached full capacity or when I determine that I am not a good fit with an applicant.
