I started working with a local consultant for application to the MBA schools; however, as I started getting calls for interviews, I wanted to engage with someone who did not know my story as well as my consultant did and was not from similar nationality/ethnicity. Hence, I connected with Adam to prepare for the interviews. It was a great decision in retrospect – he helped me understand the cultural gaps that I needed to fill to effectively communicate my story to someone from another part of the world. He helped me understand the nuances related to virtual interviews, which were critical while interviewing in the current scenario. Further, he had a thorough grasp of questions that could potentially be asked in different institutes. For HBS, the interview questions can’t be predicted and anything under the sky can be covered. From looking at my story with a fresh perspective, helping me comprehensively cover the length and breadth of possible questions to working tirelessly to create 2 varied interview mocks to prepare me for the high-paced interview, Adam was thorough in his work, creative in his approach, and enriched the interview experience end to end for me.
Apart from the technical knowledge, he also consistently made an effort to motivate me throughout the process. He observed that I was getting a bit nervous prior to the interview and made a consistent effort to ensure that I approached the interviews with full confidence, zeal, and excitement. Overall, Adam played an instrumental role in enabling me to ace my interviews.

I am a graduate admissions consultant who works with clients worldwide. If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please complete my intake form. Please don't email me any essays, other admissions consultant's intake forms, your life story, or any long email asking for a written profile assessment. The only profiles I assess are those with people who I offer initial consultations to. Please note that initial consultations are not offered when I have reached full capacity or when I determine that I am not a good fit with an applicant.
