I came across Adam’s blog when I was helping a friend with her MBA applications in 2011. I wasn’t an MBA aspirant at first but have closely assisted 4 friends make successful applications to top 5 business schools. My go-to guide for these apps was Adam’s blog. I had enough evidence to prove that as long as I could structure stories in his way, the application would be strong. When I finally decided to do the MBA dance myself in Fall 2015, I got rejected by 9 schools, 7 without an interview! I decided to take Adam’s services to reapply and I got accepted on my first re-app. What I needed was laser sharp focus on my goals essay and Adam brought that. He quickly identified my tendency to get descriptive in my stories and helped me slice away the dead weight. Adam’s mock interview is also stellar – expect detailed and helpful notes on every answer. The numbers speak for themselves – 9 rejects to a successful reapplication within 6 months. I can definitely say correlation implies causation in my case 🙂
