Preparing for interviews at Harvard Business School (HBS) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) was a daunting task, but working with Adam as my interview coach made a significant difference. His approach was practical, pragmatic, and focused, which was exactly what I needed. He also has a style where he tells you what you need to know, and won’t sugarcoat deficits or areas of improvement – that candid feedback is what I needed.

Adam’s expertise was particularly evident in his preparation for the HBS interview. Known for their unique fast-pace and style, these interviews can throw off even the most prepared candidates. However, Adam’s training closely mirrored the actual interview style and questions. This was a game changer for me, especially considering my previous unsuccessful interview 2 years ago. After three sessions with him, my improvement was remarkable. By the time of my interview, I felt fully prepared and nothing came as a surprise. No other coach came close to delivering the quality of interview experience Adam gave here.

For the Stanford interview, Adam’s preparation was equally effective. He had done his research on the interview questions and patterns thoroughly, and it showed. Over half of the questions he had prepared me for were asked in the actual interview. This level of accuracy in predicting the questions allowed me to have well-thought-out responses ready, boosting my confidence during the interview.

Having worked with various coaches, I can confidently say that Adam’s coaching quality stood out. His methodical and well-researched approach made a huge difference in my performance and was instrumental in my success in these highly competitive interviews. Whether your background is in Japan, the States, Europe, or elsewhere, his guidance will greatly improve your odds of success.
