Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB

Working with Adam on my MBA applications was, without a doubt, the most instrumental decision in my journey to receiving admits from HBS and Stanford GSB. From our very first conversation, his thoughtfulness and rigor significantly enhanced my application approach.

I radically changed my school selection following conversations with him: his knowledge of school values, culture, and process was evident and he helpfully paired that with an ability to quickly understand me and my goals. (If not for him, I wouldn’t even have considered HBS.)

Adam then offered consistent guidance and encouragement throughout the essay-writing process. His radical honesty and laser eyes helped me find, and tell, the best story I could about myself and my journey. He took time to understand my interests and background in the context of my upbringing, education, and workplace, which established a rapport very fast. The questions he asked helped me reflect deeply and for that I’m grateful (in fact, I often think I had the same level of revelations about myself after sessions with Adam as I did with my therapist!) His feedback on my writing I know I’ll also take with me into my career going forward.

I did a mock interview with Adam for GSB which definitely helped raise my confidence levels. The resources he has available on his website for interview prep elicited self-reflection (both for GSB and HBS) that formed a big part of my past few months, helping me really learn about myself. Adam was kind enough to put me in touch with a previous client of his who had also interviewed with my GSB interviewer — something I would never have expected, but what definitely assuaged my interview anxiety. For HBS, he also connected me with his colleagues for mocks, ensuring I could be as prepared as possible.

All in all, his support has led me to this major milestone in my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I am a graduate admissions consultant who works with clients worldwide. If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please complete my intake form. Please don't email me any essays, other admissions consultant's intake forms, your life story, or any long email asking for a written profile assessment. The only profiles I assess are those with people who I offer initial consultations to. Please note that initial consultations are not offered when I have reached full capacity or when I determine that I am not a good fit with an applicant.
