As my case was less traditional and with some complications (I had a considerable job gap pre-MBA, for example), I would not survive with generic and not tailored to my situation guidance. Luckily, Adam was providing me with honest, highly constructive, and to the point feedback and recommendations on every stage of application process that eventually helped me get admitted to my top choice school. Additionally, Adam was very quick to get back to me with feedback on essays, resume, etc – it took him a day, or sometimes even minutes – which was especially critical in busy application period.
