Every decision you make, whether knowingly or unknowingly, has the potential to alter the trajectory of your life. At the risk of sounding corny, choosing to work with Adam was one of my life-altering decisions. Adam provided exceptional guidance throughout my application process, offering encouragement when I needed it and calling out my mistakes when required. By the end of the process, he had become not just a guide, but also a friend with whom I could discuss spy novel recommendations.
Adam has published a huge repository of resources on each school for free for everyone to read and use. That alone should help anyone choosing a consultant realize the depth of his knowledge about the MBA application process and each school.
During our discussions, I particularly appreciated his strategic approach, which involved in-depth discussions about each school’s values, classes, and how I fit into them prior to starting the essay writing process. This helped me tailor my applications to each school and put my best foot forward. Unlike others who may treat this process simply as an essay editing exercise, Adam took the time to understand me as a person, my background, belief systems, and cultural background. Working with him allowed me to deeply reflect on my life. He encouraged me to think deeply about my values, aspirations, and the impact I want to create in the world. His approach was almost like that of a therapist, enabling me to uncover my true self and find the confidence to pursue my dreams. For example, knowing that I actively read novels, he recommended that I read Victor Frankl’s book “Man’s Search for Meaning” before writing my Stanford GSB essay, which helped me answer the particularly challenging Essay A question. When thinking about goals, Adam pushed me to dream bigger. Not just for the sake of the application, but to align my goals with my value systems and aspirations. I think this came through very well in my applications and was a key reason I ended up with a 100% acceptance rate across all four schools. Interviews or group discussions are as important as the essays themselves. Adam’s interview reports and preparatory calls are thorough. Again, he is cognizant of each person’s personal gaps / strengths while interviewing, so he will prepare you accordingly.
Working with Adam didn’t just help me get through my preferred MBA program – it helped me become a calmer, more reflective & thoughtful person AND a better writer. What more can you ask for 🙂
P.S. For Indian applicants: Yes, Adam is very contextually aware of Indian cultural nuances, upbringing, value systems, business environment and major companies across verticals (consulting, PE/VC investing, etc.). No, you won’t have to spend anytime educating him or bringing him up to speed on these things.

P.P.S. For everyone considering applying: Pick a well-written fiction book to read while writing your essays, even if you don’t read or haven’t read in a while. This helps you get into the groove of writing and allows you to appreciate story-telling and sentence structure (something AI can’t do yet). For me, this book was Amor Towles’, A Gentleman in Moscow.
