I had a great experience working with Adam across my target schools. Adam’s clarity of thought during our numerous brainstorming sessions served as a compass that helped me keep the end-goal in sight. Adam knows precisely what a winning essay looks like, which meant that he was able to effectively gauge my progress on the path to putting together a great application.
I also personally loved the fact that Adam is very crisp with his feedback and is not afraid to call a spade a spade when needed. His efficiency with both his comments on my essays and the time we spent on calls ensured that I was able to balance putting together multiple applications alongside the long hours of my job.
Adam’s vast experience was also fundamental to cracking the HBS interview. He was able to discern key areas of improvement, help me think through the key stories I wanted to tell and always surprised me in our mock interviews by hitting me with atleast one odd-ball question, which really paid off in my actual HBS interview.
