Adam was an amazing support for me as a re-applicant for Columbia. I have worked with 2 MBA consultants in the past, and his honesty, focus and clarity of advice set him apart from them. He helped set my application in context, and clearly explained what I needed to demonstrate to gain admission, something that the other consultants (surprisingly) did not do.
Starting off, he reviewed my previous application and pinpointed the mistakes I made that I needed to fix this time around. He also gave me a great assessment of my interview skills and showed me how I could adapt my personal style to succeed. Over the course of weeks and months we worked methodically (and surprisingly quickly) to craft compelling narratives that explained who I was in a true yet convincing way. I struggled the most with my story, and he pushed back at the right times to challenge me to create a perspective that I could connect with and also defend.
