Adam had the depth and breadth in knowledge and experience to succinctly point out the essence of what was needed to make my application stronger. He never gave me the answers, but helped me dig deep down to find stories and tell them in a way I never would have otherwise thought of. This made my application not only clearer, but more personal, authentic, and colorful.
