Adam is the best. Period.
Honestly, whether I got an admit or not was secondary. What truly mattered was that, through working with him, I became a better thinker and writer. Regardless of the outcome, the investment was completely worth it for the skills I gained in clear thinking and writing—it felt like a masterclass in both.
It’s a blessing for applicants that Adam chose admissions consulting; otherwise, the world would have been reading him as a philosopher, writer, or critic. He is an incredibly creative and original thinker. I’ve drawn so many ideas for my future projects from our conversations, and I hope he continues to advise—or at least brainstorm with—me on them.
He’s not your typical consultant with plug-and-play templates designed to make their job easier. He’s a freak (in the best sense of the word). If you’re someone who is different or unconventional, you must work with him.
That said, be prepared—he’s strict and straightforward. If you’re used to sugarcoating, this might feel like a shock. But trust me: he’ll bring out the best in you. Plus, his sharp sense of humor more than makes up for the tough love.
I’m deeply grateful to have worked with him—and even more so to now call him a friend.
