This is the third in a series of an ongoing series posts on ChatGPT. The prior post in the series is “ChatGPT and I discuss its ability to write essays and advice for how to use it effectively.”

Given the impact that ChatGPT is going to have on the creation of all kinds of texts including essays for graduate school admission, I am actively immersing myself in its use to understand how best to advise on clients on utilizing this technology. Rather than put some kind of empty, reactive, and pointless fight against its use, I want to provide my clients with an understanding of when, if, and how to use ChatGPT or other AI language tools. As part of that effort, I want to understand what ChatGPT can do. ChatGPT consistently states/warns that it may make errors. Fortunately it made one such error when I asked it to write a review of this blog.
