Accepted at: Michigan Ross (2Y, not GMBA) and UCLA Anderson

The MBA application process was most definitely a strenuous ordeal for me to undertake. Most applicants will likely be investing a significant amount of time to prepare their application(s), whether it be studying for the GMAT, researching schools, talking to students/alumni, and visiting campus, all while working fulltime. I was no exception to this situation.
Working with Adam allowed me to achieve the desired results. Some of Adam’s noteworthy qualities that helped me through the application process were as follows.

1.    Lightning fast responses
I first met Adam while I was still in Japan but I relocated to the United States soon after my initial consultation with him. Though I initially had concerns around our 17 hour time difference, it soon became evident that Adam really puts in the effort to respond to any questions that a client has as soon as possible. I was constantly impressed at how fast he would get back to me 24/7. He would even send me a quick message while on vacation!

2.    Ability to identify the right stories
Framing an effective story that you want to convey to admission officers was a challenging task for me. When I first started thinking about essay topics, I really had no clear direction on how I should market myself. I was very impressed at Adam’s ability to extract my selling points through his consultation services. With his help I was able to better understand my key selling points and was able to generate comprehensive yet succinct essays.

3.    Relentless drive for quality
Adam will make sure that your essay meets the necessary quality bar. Even during crunch time, he will provide you with valuable feedback to further improve the quality of your essay. I especially appreciated the editing services that Adam provided to constantly improve my candidacy. That said, you own due diligence is also warranted to ensure that your submission is free of careless errors.
I highly recommend future clients to take action on all advice that Adam provides. For example, I made the mistake of not visiting schools that I was applying to, despite Adam urging me to make time for campus visits. In hindsight, this might have affected the outcomes for a few of my applications.

At the end of the day, working with Adam has been a great pleasure. I am genuinely excited about my next 2 years at a top MBA program. Best of luck to all future applicants!
